Terms

Terms of Use

These terms explain the basic rules for using Kitly's public tools. By using the site, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

Using Kitly

Kitly provides small online utilities for everyday tasks. Most public tools can be used without an account, and features may change as the service develops.

You are responsible for the files, links, and other content you choose to process or create with Kitly.

File tools

When a file tool says it runs in your browser, the processing happens locally on your device for that task. You should still avoid using any online tool with files you are not allowed to handle.

Future server-side file tools must include practical limits, retention rules, and abuse controls before they are offered publicly.

Short links and server-backed tools

Server-backed tools, such as short links, may store the data needed to provide the feature. Do not use Kitly to create links or content that is illegal, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or designed to bypass another service's rules.

We may remove, disable, redirect, rate-limit, or investigate links and usage that appear unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the service.

No guarantees

Kitly is provided as-is. We try to keep the tools accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect results, or suitability for a specific purpose.

Check important outputs before relying on them, especially when the result affects legal, financial, medical, professional, or other high-stakes decisions.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Kitly changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@kitlyapp.com.
