If you are reporting a short link, include the full short URL and why it appears unsafe or abusive.
What to include
For tool issues, include the page URL, your browser, the approximate time of the issue, and the steps that led to the problem.
Please do not send sensitive files, passwords, private keys, government IDs, payment details, or confidential documents by email.
File tool questions
For browser-based file tools, Kitly generally cannot inspect your file because the processing happens on your device. A clear description of the file type, size, and result is usually more useful than sending the file itself.
If a future tool uses server-side processing, mention the tool name and when you used it so we can look for relevant operational records.
