If you are reporting a short link, include the full short URL and why it appears unsafe or abusive. Kitly can review the report and disable the redirect when appropriate.

What to include

For tool issues, include the page URL, your browser, the approximate time of the issue, and the steps that led to the problem.

Please do not send sensitive files, passwords, private keys, government IDs, payment details, or confidential documents by email.

Tool pages include email links for problem reports. The link opens your email app and is sent only when you send it. Do not include passwords, file names, file contents, pasted JSON, destination URLs, QR contents, short codes, or other secrets.

File tool questions

For the current browser-based file tools, Kitly does not receive the selected file for processing. A clear description of the file type, approximate size, browser, and result is usually more useful than sending the file itself.

For the background remover, mention whether the problem happened during the first model load or after processing began. Do not attach the source image unless you have the right to share it and it contains no sensitive information.
